Jason Harborow is a distinguished leader, senior advisor consultant

specializing in large-scale projects across sports, culture, and entertainment.

He is the founder and Chief Executive at Global-13, where he advises on major

regional initiatives.

Harborow has a notable history of leadership, having served

as the Vice President of Culture for the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU), where

he managed AlUla’s cultural sector's four divisions. Currently, he continues his

association with RCU as an advisor to their Tourism Sector and is a prominent

international advocate for inclusiveness and community engagement in

cultural development and innovation.

Harborow’s extensive experience in the Middle East includes roles such as

Managing Director of Sport, Entertainment, and Culture at NEOM and CEO of

Tamkeen in the UAE, where he oversaw significant projects like New York

University Abu Dhabi. His expertise is frequently sought by leading global

consulting firms for high-profile projects in the region.

In addition to his work in the Middle East, Harborow has held key leadership

roles in the UK and Europe, including serving as the Chief Executive of

Liverpool’s European Capital of Culture. He also contributes to academia as a

visiting lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University and the University of

Liverpool in the UK.

David Wade-Smith is a dynamic business leader with extensive experience in management, tourism, and city leadership. As co-founder of a digital ticketing company, he developed a rapidly growing booking and payment solution. He has held senior executive roles, crafting growth strategies that transformed company performance and led to successful exits.

As co-owner and director of Wade Smith Ltd, he expanded a retail concept into a leading independent sports and designer retailer, generating over £45 million in sales and influencing popular culture. His non-executive experience includes chairing roles in organizations like Liverpool Vision, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society, and Liverpool Culture Company.

David has been instrumental in Liverpool's regeneration, significantly contributing to its cultural and economic development. He possesses a broad understanding of political and economic landscapes, driving strategic growth, investment, and job creation in Liverpool and beyond.

Olivia Harborow is an accomplished Business Executive and Social Media Strategist with a rich background in project management and digital consulting.

Currently, she serves at Global13, where she leads strategic project delivery and fosters client relationships.

Olivia is also the Managing Director of Global Beach Sports, where she focuses on enhancing brand engagement and strategic growth.

With roles ranging from project leader to digital media consultant, she effectively bridges business objectives with innovative strategies.

Olivia holds a Master's degree in Sports Business & Management from the University of Liverpool.
